Where do the student and coach meet?

We do not have a physical location, so this is at the discretion of the coach and the parent. Students and coaches can meet at third-party locations like coffee shops and libraries. The coach can meet at the student’s home with a parent or guardian present or if written permission is given to the coach to meet at the home. They can also meet virtually and have sessions through Zoom.

Are your coaches background checked?

Yes. Before our coaches are hired, they must all complete a background check in order to meet with students.

How often do students meet with their coach?

The frequency of sessions depends on the needs of the student. Depending on the student’s goals, it can start anywhere from 3-5 times per week or 1 time per week.

What if the coach turns out to not be a good fit?

We complete initial consultations with all of our families in order to do our best to hand pick the best fit for students’ needs. However, if there is a conflict with scheduling or the learning preferences end up not being a good fit, we’re happy to have a call and consultation about finding a better fit for your student.
